Book Reviews

Dear Sissy, I'm the lady that met you at the Women's Show in Novi, MI on Thursday, May 4th of this year. Then, came back the next morn to purchase your books. I was starting jury duty the following Monday. Well, jury duty is over and so is reading your books! I finished Jury Pool last Monday. Believe me, once I got into them it was hard to put them down! The only thing--I kind of wish I had waited to read Jury Pool. I want to know what is going to happen to Jeannette and Susanna! And I want to know it NOW! Oh well, guess I can wait, but not toooo long. OK? You don't know how much I wanted to turn to the last page in that book to see "who done it." But I resisted and was glad. I had it pretty much figured out but was not completely sure until near the end. Continue writing, Sissy, you have a wonderful gift! I look forward to reading more from you. I hope we have the opportunity to meet again someday. It would be great to get together with a new friend for a chat. Happy Writing! Janine S.

Hi Sissy, I have to admit that I wasn't really eager to read Jury Pool cause I'm not much on mysteries. But because of you, I started it and have just finished it. Boy can you write!! I'm giving it my husband to read next. Boy did you ever had me fooled over who did it!!! Hurry with the next one!!! Sandy H.

Your book is the first one I've read, other than automotive books, since high school. It was really good. I had trouble putting it down. Good Story. When will the next one be out? Steve H.

I recently met you and bought your book JURY POOL - Summons to Die. I read the book in 2 days and can't wait until the next book comes out. It was great, just the kind I like. Please let me know when the next in this series comes out. Linda T.

I met you at the NSRA show in Louisville in August. I purchased Jury Pool Summons to Die. I really enjoyed the book, what a twister plot. I would like to purchase your next Jury Pool when it comes out in Sept. I also am interested in some of your other books. Keep up the good work. Bobbie B.

I picked up my copy of jury pool at the Lanesville heritage weekend in September and enjoyed meeting you. I finally got around to reading it last night and did not put it down until I was finished.what a twist of events, I loved it and hope you do the follow up so I can read more, I love a good mystery, especially one that I can relate to places I know such as Louisville, when you mention a certain place or street I can really visualize it because I have been there myself, it gives me the feeling I can go into that alley and find a crime scene, great work. When I bought the book you mentioned the amount of research you put into the book and I must say that it shows. I just wanted to let you know that I did enjoy the book and keep up the good work.
